PSP and Tube.

Olivers Filters, Graphics Plus Filters

1. Open a new 500 x 500 transparent imgae.

2. Set foreground color to #0D5127 and background color to #D9AC53. Set background gradient to foreground-background - linear - angle 45 - repeats 4.

3. Flood fill image with gradient.

4. Effects || Plugins || Olivers - Toille d'Araignee' - 94.

5. With selection tool draw a cirle from center with radius about half way to edges. Invert selection and hit the delete key. Select none.

6. Duplicate layer and activate the bottom layer.

7. Effects || Plugins || Graphics Plus || Pinwheel - repeater 95, Spinner - 95, Scaler - 92.

8. Activate top layer.

9. Drop Shadow - V/H - 2, Opacity - 80, Blur 10, - Color Black.

10. Caopy and paste tube as new layer. Resize and position to the way you like it and add the same drop shadow.

11. Add text on a new layer in your desired font and place where you want it. I changed the foreground color to a dark color in my tube.

12. Apply inner bevel.

13. Apply the same drop shadow.

14. Resize, clarify and save.
