1. Open image || Duplicate
twice and close the original. Minimize one copy.
2. Effects || Plugins
|| VM Distortion || Radiator III
3. Image || Flip
4. Effects || Image
Effects || Seamless Tile
5. Minimize this image
and open your other copy.
6. Add symmetric 5
pixel border.
7. Select with magic
wand and flood fill with the Metal Brass gradient that comes
in PSP.
8. Invert selection
and apply cutout and select none.
9. Add symmetric 25
pixel border.
10. Select with magic
wand and flood fill with pattern from the 1st copy you worked
on.
11. Effects || Plugins
|| Brushstrokes || Crosshatch
12. Apply cutout and
select none.
13. Add symmetric 5
pixel border.
14. Select with magic
wand and flood fill with Metal Brass Gradient.
15. Image Flip and
invert selection.
16. Apply cutout and
select none.
17. Save and done!
