DSB Flux Filter also know as Sweet Flux.

ULEAD Art Texture Filter

1. Resize image to a size you like.

2. Adjust || Brightness and Contrast || Clarify 2 -- if you feel te image needs it.

3. Image || Add Borders symmetric 4 white

4. Select border with magic wand

5. Effects || Plugins || Flaming Pear || Superbladepro || nk-goldenrock preset

6. Selection || invert

7. Effects || 3D Effects || Cutout

8. Repeat cutout changing H/V to -2

9. Select none.

10. Image || Add Borders symmetrical 15 white

11. Select border with magic wand and flood fill with a color from your image.

12. Effects || Plugins || DSB Flux || Bright Noise

13. Select none.

14. Image || Add borders symmetric 4 white.

15. Select border with magic wand.

16. Effects || Plugins || Flaming Pear || Superbladepro || nk-goldenrock preset

17. Selection || invert.

18. Repeat cutouts in steps 7 and 8.

19. Image || Add Borders symmetric 20 white.

20. Select border with magic wand.

21. Effects || Plugins || Ulead || Art Texture
